Globe Dye Works: A historic building renovated with unique live-work spaces

In 2012, Globe Dye Works was the first building in Philadelphia to be awarded IRMX zoning, a new zoning classification for adaptive re-use of former industrial structures. The twelve buildings that comprise Globe Dye Works contain commercial, industrial and residential spaces of many styles and sizes. Globe Dye Works has been used as a location for major films, industrial/commercial shoots and for still photography. While there are no vacancies currently, spaces do occasionally become available.
